The context in which I know Paul is an outstanding participant and role model in the Leadership Salinas Valley program. Both during the course and afterward, Paul consistently and positively embraced and utilized all of the materials and techniques for 21st century leadership that were offered to him. Additionally, I’m aware of Paul’s extensive and effective service on a number of community organizations Board of Directors, as well as his individual volunteer service. I endorse him as a first class leader and generous community volunteer.
