Be a Leader was a campaign to distinguish ourselves from our competition by showcasing the things Community Leaders do, then showing that we do those things as well.  We found high profile community leaders, such as Sylvia Panetta (founder of the Panetta Institute and wife of Leon Panneta), football coach Herm Edwards, inspirational speaker Jim Tunney, Delores Huerta (ounded the United Farm Workers with Cesar Chavez) alongside our anchors.
